1. How do I qualify for my gift?
By purchasing a British Seniors policy on or after September 1st 2024; by paying at least 6 monthly premium payments and keeping your policy in force for at least 180 days from the policy start date. Please note that the total premiums paid must also exceed the value of your Gift Card.
2. When do I get my claim email or letter?
Once you have taken out your policy, please allow up to 28 days to receive your “How to Claim” email or letter.
3. Where will my gift be sent to?
Your gift will be sent to you via the chosen fulfilment method within 28 days of becoming eligible (once you have made at least 6 monthly premium payments and the total premiums paid must also exceed the value of your Gift Card.)
4. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
Please allow up to 28 days from your policy start date to receive your ‘How to Claim’ email or letter.
If you have selected your gift, once you have made at least six monthly premium payments and once premiums paid exceed the value of your gift, please allow up to 28 days for your gift to be sent to you, via your chosen fulfilment method.

5. I have chosen my gift; however, I would now like to change it.
Unfortunately, once you have made your gift selection it is not possible to change your chosen gift.
6. My claim won’t submit, what should I do?
If you are having difficulties, please contact MLP on 01565 656 261 and a member of staff will be happy to help. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, excluding public holidays.
7. I have a question about my British Seniors Life Insurance, who can I contact?
For any questions regarding your British Seniors Life Insurance please call: 0800 542 7618. Lines are open 8am - 7pm Mon – Fri, closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday. Calls to 03 numbers will cost no more than calling a standard geographic number starting with 01 or 02 from your fixed line or mobile and may be included in your call package dependent on your service provider. Calls may be monitored or recorded for training and compliance purposes.
